Frequently Asked Questions
Why not get a bronze memorial wall?
Cast plaques can be used for memorial walls. But this approach has some disadvantages.
- Most notably, it is a very expensive approach. Cast bronze is also expensive to replace if a mistake is made.
- It is hard to keep the appearance of the cast plaques uniform as new ones are placed with older ones.
- A cast plaque takes over a month to manufacture.
Why not do a memorial plaque with all names at once?
You can get a multi-name memorial plaque. We can fabricate it for you in granite or cast metal. However, there are advantages to individual faceplates:
- You are likely to want to add names.
- You may want to rearrange names. Ex. Families may want to be together.
- Also, people are more likely to inquire about the memorial if they think there is opportunity to add a name.
How do we install our own trim around your system?
